Return Policy

Due to the nature of our custom made products, all sales are final with the exception of shipping damage and/or material failure. In this case we will offer to repair or replace  the item(s) pending the purchaser covers the shipping costs and the issue was placed within 30 days of purchase. 

Some of the materials we use for our custom handmade jewelry include hand painted glass beads therefore it is not recommended that our products are exposed to moisture.
